Lisa Guzman has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer for 经典三级. Pipeline based in Los Angeles, Guzman assumes her role April 24.
CEO Robert Allen made the announcement via memo to all employees this morning.
鈥淟isa brings to Pipeline more than 40 years of diverse Human Resources experience and expertise including organizational development, strategic recruitment and retention, employee engagement, compensation planning, benefits design and more,鈥 wrote Allen.
鈥淪he is known for her compassionate and caring demeanor and open-door practice.鈥
Since 2016, Guzman has served as Vice President for Human Resources at Redlands Community Hospital, a not-for-profit acute care facility with 229 beds and more than 1,800 employees.聽 Prior to that, she has served in leadership roles at Dignity Health, California Hospital Medical Center, Olympia Medical Center, Verdugo Hills Hospital, St. Luke Medical Center and Citrus Valley Health Partners.
